Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad 2 is a professional video editing and capture card with 4 SDI inputs and 4 SDI outputs plus a common tri-sync/black burst reference. When you need broadcast grade multi channel SDI capture and playback, then DeckLink Quad gives you four completely independent DeckLink capture cards
Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad 2 is a PC express card; the card is an ideal solution for media playout servers and real time processors, perfect for solutions targeting live broadcast and post production. The new card records and plays back native uncompressed 8-bit and 10-bit SD and HD in YUV 4:2:2.
Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad 2 can be switched between SD and HD video formats, as well as a common black burst/tri-sync input; each SDI input and output is independent, so each SDI input or output can be a different video format, but uses only one PCIe slot.
Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad 2 is delivered with Blackmagic Media Express, a free software that lets you batch capture and play back 2D and dual stream stereoscopic 3D in DPX, ProRes, uncompressed YUV and RGB, DVCPRO HD and MJPEG files.
