Osprey 800a is an audio capture card that provides with up to four stereo channels of audio.

It offers additional external audio inputs such as balanced, unbalanced, AES/ EBU, and SPDIF. Osprey 800a works work with any of the Osprey 800 series cards: Osprey 820e, 825e and 845e. The audio capture card was designed to be used exclusively with the Osprey 800 series and can't be used separately.

From the drop-down menu you can select one of the six combinations to associate with the Osprey audio capture card 800a. You can choose to connect it to one of the video capture card Osprey 800 series or to a bundle composed of the Osprey 800a and one of the video capture cards Osprey 800 series: Osprey 815e, 816e, 820e, 825e, 840e, 845e.

The Osprey 800a capture card provides two stereo channels of balanced audio always available and two additional stereo channels: unbalanced, AES/EBU, or SPDIF.
