Blackmagic Design Videohub Universal 72 is easy to use equipment with high-definition, standard definition SDI and 3Gb / s, since different types of connections are managed on the same router simultaneously. This router has redundant crosspoints and power adapters, all in a quality design, suitable for use in transmission in a compact 5 rack units with less than 15 cm thick.
With Blackmagic Design Videohub Universal 72 the SDI video signal connection is re-synchronized for longer cables, but you can send a link to all SDI outputs you want, with no abnormalities, so as to connect all the equipment and easily change connections. Support 3Gb / s SDI is ideal for high resolutions like 2048x1556, SDI allows data transmission at twice the speed compared to HD-SDI and is compatible with SD, HD or 2K in 4:4:4 or 4:2: 2, with a single BNC cable.
When you're ready to upgrade, all SDI interface cards, crosspoint and power supply cards can be installed into the larger Videohub Universal 288 chassis.
