Blackmagic Design Micro Cinema Camera is a true digital film camera that features built in RAW and ProRes recording, 13 stops of dynamic range, a global shutter and an MFT lens mount.
The Micro Cinema Camera BMD is a miniaturized Super 16mm professional digital film camera perfect for use on quadcopters, as a crash cam, or even hidden on set for reality TV.
With the new Micro Cinema Camera you can operate it remotely, view a live feed and monitor status, all from a safe distance (tart and stop recording, adjust focus, change the iris ).

Super 16mm Sensor - The Super 16 sensor is full 1080 HD resolution and has an incredible 13 stops of dynamic range and global shutter up to 30 frames per second. The Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera thanks to an ISO up to 1600, gives you great quality, even in locations with low lighting.
Professional format: Built in RAW and ProRes Recorder. Record using professional formats without ugly compression artifacts. (Files can be saved in either Cinema DNG RAW or ProRes).
Interchangeable lenses: Micro Cinema Camera features an active Micro Four Thirds lens mount so you can use high performance photographic lenses including wide angle, primes, standard zooms, telephotos. The MTF lens cna be controlled remotely.
Expandable connections: you can add mics, monitor video and other expansion options (includes a full size HDMI connector and breakout cable).
Easy settings: adjust camera settings using the row of buttons located on the front of the camera.
Professional sound (3.5 mm audio input): High quality audio recording with built in or external microphones.
Battery or external power: LP-E6 canon battery compatible - 12V via DC jack on expansion cable
