AverMedia AVerCaster HEVC RS9260 and RS9280 are the new genration video encoders for live streaming in high definition with the new standard compression H.265. 

HEVC is the next generation of H.264, it reduces bitrates by a factor of two while still keeping the same video quality. For Ultra High Definition format, using HEVC is the property video codec for live streaming.

The AVerMedia AVerCaster HEVC Live encoders can capture content 4K or Full HD and encode in H.264 or HEVC (H.265), so that a single source is brought on more output to different receiving devices. The possibility of combining different resolutions and codecs can be useful in several applications.
